Once you receive your shipment and decide that it does not meet your expectations, you can refuse it within 14 days, counting from the day of receipt. In such case you oblige yourself to return the shipped package in the same way as received and once we get it, we’ll return your money in full. All return costs are paid by you. In case of returns, please get in touch with us in writing.
